I love this book,It's my favorite, I've read it 3 times, and I could never put it down, I wish it never ended! But I was happy how it ended.

A Friendship for Today

It's 1954 and Rosemary's school is being integrated. In the fall she won't be at her old elementary school with only black students, but will go to the 6th grade at a formerly all-white school. If that weren't difficult enough, she also has to cope with her best friend getting really sick and her parents fighting all the time. And when she starts school, she has to sit next to Grace Hamilton, who's from one of the msot racist families in town. With so much on her plate, it's sure to be a year with a lot of ups and downs for Rosemary.

Abduction was really good even for people who are adults because this book keeps you on your toes. It is a book you will want to read over and over again and still can't wait to see what will happen. I reccomend this book to a kid as young as a 4th grader. Anyone would love to read this book over and over again
